Are you craving a sweet treat without the guilt?

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Milk of choice
  • Fresh Berries (*optional)

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the berries (if using). Let sit for fifteen (15) minutes, then whisk again. Spot into four (4) individual cups. Chill in the refrigerator until set. Top with the berries (if using).

 

What other variations or additions can you try to make this recipe uniquely, you?

I once added the spice, cardamom for a unique taste to my pudding.

Cinnamon, powdered peanut butter (PB2), or banana slices are other suggestions.
