Healthy Recipe of the Week
A simple quick to prep side dish to add your greens to any meal!
Smoky Broccoli
Ingredients
- 6 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 table spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Whole-Grain Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1.4 cup Smoked Almonds (chopped)
Directions
Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp and bright green (about 2 – 3 minutes). Drain well and blot dry with a paper towel. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, whole-grain mustard, smoked paprika, and salt. Toss with the warm broccoli. Top with the chopped smoked almonds.
Yields: 4 servings
