Maple & Mustard Pretzel Mix

Ingredients
- 1 cup Pretzels (salted)
- 3/4 cup Cashews
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
- OR: 2 1/2 cups of a Nut Mixture
- 1 tablespoon Trader Joes Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Caraway Seeds (*Optional)
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard (*May substitute with Dijon Mustard to add more spice.)
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- (3) long sprigs of Fresh Rosemary (lightly chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix together all of the wet ingredients (maple syrup, yellow mustard, and olive oil). Add mixture to the dry ingredients (pretzels, nuts, seeds, and seasonings). Toss together until combined and evenly coated.
Spread the mixture on to a large baking tray. *Optional to line with parchment paper for easier clean up. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Set aside to cool then break up the mixture before storing or serving.
