
Healthy Recipe of the Week
Tomatoes and nectarines are both in season so let’s put them together for a classic salad recipe with a twist!
Tomato Mozzarella Twist
Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes (*Beefsteak or Roma)
- 1 Nectarine
- 4 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Flaky Salt
- Balsamic Vinegar, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice the tomatoes, nectarine, and mozzarella cheese. Layer on a platter. Top with the basil leaves, olive oil, and salt. Sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar and black pepper.
