Fight Inflammation + Soothe Sore Throats

Ingredients

  • 3 medium Apples (cored and chopped)
  • (1) 1-inch Ginger Piece (peeled)
  • 1 medium Lemon (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Honey
  • Boiling Water

Directions

Carefully add apples, ginger, and lemons to a high-powered juicer. Juice into a clean pitcher. For each 8-ounce mug, combine 1/4 – 1/2 cup juice mixture and one (1) tablespoon honey. Top with boiling water, and stir. 

Refrigerate juice mixture in an airtight  container for up to one (1) week or freeze for up to three (3) months.

Yields: 4 to 8 servings

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
