Fortify Your Immune System

Ingredients

  • 8 medium Carrots (1-pound) (scrubbed and chopped)
  • 4 Oranges (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 1-inch Ginger Piece (peeled)

Directions

Carefully add all ingredients to a high-powered juicer. Juice into a clean pitcher. If desired, skim foam from top of juice and discard. Serve immediately.

Yields: 2 servings 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
