How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

A hybrid exercise routine! Much more at-home workouts with my Peloton 🚴‍♀️ Bike+ and other fitness equipment I invested in. Yet, I still feel the inch to get out of the house and head to the gym for a 🏃🏼‍♀️Tread and weight workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ 2 – 3 days a week. I ❤️ my Peloton family. But, I still need the in-person social interaction for at least a couple of my weekly workouts.
