Warming Health Tea
Wellness expert and senior Peloton instructor, Emma Lovewell recommends this tea for those not-so-healthy days – or anytime you’re craving a warm, healthful drink!
Ingredients
- Fresh Sage
- Fresh Mint or Peppermint
- (1) Cinnamon Stick
- (2 – 3) One-inch chunks of Ginger (peeled)
- Quarter of a Lemon (squeezed and then put in tea)
- Honey, to taste
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a pot of boiling water. Let boil for a minimum of five (5) minutes, add honey and enjoy!
