Healthy Recipe of the Week


Add some colorful spice to your grilled steak, fried egg, black beans, sandwich, or plain toast!

  • 1/2 Red Onion (minced) (*May substitute for 1 shallot)

  • 3 Garlic Cloves (smashed and thinly sliced)

  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro (chopped)

  • 1 Bunch of Flat-Leaf Parsley (chopped)

  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
  • 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

  • Salt, to taste


Add the red onion (or shallot), garlic, cilantro, parsley, and red pepper flakes to a bowl. Gently stir in the olive oil and red wine vinegar until just combined. You don’t want to go too ‘stir crazy’ and bruise the herbs! Season with salt as needed. Enjoy!
