Three Bean Salad

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar (of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • (2) 15 ounce cans of drained, rinsed, no-salt added Beans (of your choice)
  • 2 cups Green Beans
  • 1/4 cup White or Red Onion


Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and salt. Toss canned beans, green beans, and onion. Serves 6.
