What is a self care activity?
Examples of self-care activities, include:
- Taking a warm bath and/or shower
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Progressive Muscle Relaxation
- Brisk nature walk
- Journaling
- Receiving a manicure, pedicure and/or facial
- Listening to a motivational speaker or reading an inspiring novel
