What is a self care activity? 

Examples of self-care activities, include:

  • Taking a warm bath and/or shower
  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation
  • Brisk nature walk
  • Journaling
  • Receiving a manicure, pedicure and/or facial
  • Listening to a motivational speaker or reading an inspiring novel
