Ginger Lime Mocktail
A Refreshing, Guilt-Free Cocktail to Beat the Summer Heat!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (zested)
- 12 drops Liquid Stevia
- 18 ounces Sparkling Water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir. Pour over ice into 2 (two) cocktail glasses and garnish with lime wedges. Relax and Enjoy!

Nice article and recipe, I will have to try soon. I am sorry I accidently deleted your comment on my blog post. To answer your questions: Yes, I enjoy indoor cycling classes during the winter months and I also enjoy indoor time trial racing in the winter as well. My advice to a new outdoor cyclist is to enjoy being outside, pick different routes as often as possible, find a local bike group or club ride with them, and set little goals each day and week to achieve.
