What makes you happy?
Is it buying a new car or a new pair of shoes?
Or, is it simply how you feel after a great workout, savoring a healthy, satisfying meal, watching your child excel at school or sport, or playing with your puppy or kitty after a long, stressful day?
Research found the later is true.
After our basic needs (food, water, shelter) are met, whether we live in a small shack or a huge mansion, will make no difference in our level happiness in the long-term.
Be grateful for the small things in life; you may find they make you happier after all!

Just be Happy.
