What do I need?
- Plastic Easter Eggs (amount as desired) *Recommended: 8 – 12
- Plain Paper (2 – 3 pieces)
- Pen
- Scissors or Paper Cutter
- Energy!
How do I play?
Create 8 – 12 exercises and neatly write them on the plain paper. (If you do not have legible handwriting, simply type and print.) *Exercise ideas provided below. Cut written exercises into individual strips. Fold each exercise strip 1 or 2 times. Insert one exercise into each plastic Easter egg. Hide each Easter egg in creative, tricky places. Ready… Set… Go! Who can find the most Easter eggs and get fit at the same time?
