DB Chest Press on Bench

DB Shoulder Press (Seated or Standing)

BB Curls (Standing)

  • 3 x 15

Tricep Extensions (Lying or Standing)

  • 3 x 15

Calf Raise

  • 3 x 15

Abdominal Crunches on  Stability Ball

  • 3 x 15
