Cocoa Banana Ice Cream
A healthy alternative for a 4th of July ice cream treat!

Ingredients
- 1 Banana (cut into small pieces, placed into plastic bag, and frozen)
- 1.5 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 14 Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts (or nuts of choice)
Directions
Place the frozen banana pieces and cocoa powder in a food processor or blender. Process on and off several times until mixture is creamy. Stir in peanuts (or nuts of choice). Enjoy!
