Establish S.M.A.R.T. Goals!

S: Specific Specify how many pounds to lose: “I will lose 10 pounds of body fat.”

M: Measurable Measure your progress by checking your body composition every 2 weeks.

A: Achievable Achieved by safely and effectively losing 1 to 2 pounds of body fat per week.

R: Realistic It is not realistic to lose 10 pounds of body fat in only one week.

T: Timely In 8 weeks, I will lose 10 pounds of body fat.

According to recent statistics, of the 45% of Americans who create New Year’s Resolutions, only 8% succeed in reaching their goals. Do not fall within this 8%!

Commit – Attain – Succeed

 Embrace change and welcome the new you.

Stop negative thoughts and behaviors. Replace with joy and positivity.

Persevere, Persist, and be Patient.


2017 will be a good year. Make it your year!
