Sweet Satisfying Summer Smoothie
To Meet Your Protein Needs
- 1 Banana (frozen and sliced)
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries (frozen)
- 1 cup Spinach (raw)
- 1-2 scoops dotFIT Pre-Post Workout Formula & Meal Replacement (Strawberry Banana flavor)
- 1/4-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (non-fat, plain)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1/2-1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
*Filtered water may be substituted for almond milk for a reduced calorie option.
