  • 1 Banana (frozen and sliced)


  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries (frozen)


  • 1 cup Spinach (raw)


  • 1/4-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (non-fat, plain)


  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Chia Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Cinnamon and Honey

  • 1/2-1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)

Almond Milk

*Filtered water may be substituted for almond milk for a reduced calorie option.

*Exact ingredient quantities may vary slightly depending on individual taste and preference.


Toss banana, mixed berries, spinach, dotFIT protein powder, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and almond milk (or filtered water) in a blender or Magic Bullet.  Blend to desired consistency: longer time for thinner or shorter time for thicker.  Pour in glass and enjoy!
