  • 3 Squats/8 Push-Ups
  • 2 Squats/9 Push-Ups
  • 1 Squat/10 Push-Ups

  • 60 Jumping Jacks/60 Second Plank
  • 45 Jumping Jacks/45 Second Plank

  • 45 Jumping Jacks/45 Second Plank
  • 60 Jumping Jacks/60 Second Plank

Perform one or both circuits as many times as you feel comfortable.  Push yourselfbut be aware of your body’s limits!
