Turmeric is host to many health benefits!

Animal research showed anti-cancer effects, specifically tumors of the esophagus, mouth, intestines, stomach, breast, and skin.  Further research support its treatment for liver diseases, gallbladder disorders, high cholesterol levels,  blood clots, internal and external bleeding, and painful menstruation. Additional studies illustrate turmeric’s use for alleviating depression.  Currently, researchers are examining turmeric’s effect on arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and stomach ulcers.

Today, push the ingredients listed above through your juicer and drink up! The carrots and apple will add a touch of sweetness, making this blend your new cocktail of choice!

Eat well!  Be Healthy!  Be You!

*  Disclaimer:  As of today, October 10, 2013, I have not tried this healthy cocktail myself and will share my thoughts, first-hand, after I sip this nutritious drink!  If this concoction tastes really horrible, a shot of Vodka can be added! (Kidding, of course!) Please share your thoughts too!
