A Healthy, Cleansing Cocktail!


It’s Saturday! You made it through a long, stressful week and you are in search a cocktail… Aย healthy, guilt-freeย drink!

Apple Cider Vinegar is the answer!ย All you need is 1 – 2 tablespoons!

Try mixing Apple Cider Vinegar in a chilled glass with filtered water and a splash of your favorite juice: ย Limeade works well! ย If you need additional sweetness, simply add 1 – 2 drops of liquid Stevia.

You will feel hydrated, cleansed, and refreshed instead of suffering through the effects of an icky hangover. ย Your body will thank you!

    • I have heard about the apple cider vinegar cleanse, but I have not tried it. While cleanses are beneficial, a downside to them is that they have a tendency to also rid your colon (or gut) of the good bacteria. When doing a cleanse for weight loss, oftentimes, the pounds and inches lost are simply the result of the “junk” being flushed out of the colon. Currently, I consume the apple cider vinegar “cocktail” 1 – 2 times a day. If you do try the apple cider vinegar cleanse, please let me know your thoughts/results!

      Always focus on eating whole, nutrient-rich foods and drinks on a daily basis while eliminating or minimizing foods and drinks that are processed and have a high sugar content and you will not need a cleanse! ๐Ÿ™‚
