Thirsty Thursday Drink Recipe!

As this Thursday comes to an end, here is a tasty and healthy drink recipe that can be served cold or hot.  It is a perfect winter drink for those typical chilly nights or atypical warm, sunny days!

Apple Cider Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 cup  Water
  • 3 Green Apples (diced)
  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1 inch Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder

Directions

Add the water, apples, spinach, ginger, cinnamon, and protein powder into a blender.

Blend, then squeeze lemon into mixture.

To serve cold, blend in ice cubes to the mixture.

To serve hot, warm the mixture in a pot on the stove.

        I love pumpkin stuff and Cinnimon. Ill deff check them out ill haft to post for my group also they would love these i have a support group on face book and im always on the look for good delish stuff to give them ideas on eatting healthy but enjoy what there eatting. So they dont get tempted to eat the wrong stuff. So thanks again

    I love pumkin stuff and cinnimon. I will also love to share with my group i run a support group for weight loss on facebook also and i know the group would love to see this stuff it helps when you have yummie diet foods to eat never haft to worry about resorting the bad stuff when you want something yummie to eat.
