Apple Cider Smoothie
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 cup Water
- 3 Green Apples (diced)
- 2 handfuls Spinach
- 1 inch Ginger (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
Add the water, apples, spinach, ginger, cinnamon, and protein powder into a blender.
Blend, then squeeze lemon into mixture.
To serve cold, blend in ice cubes to the mixture.
To serve hot, warm the mixture in a pot on the stove.
