When you are short on time, here is a quick circuit that will get your heart-pumping, blood flowing, muscles burning, and boost your metabolism!

25 Air Squats

25 Push-Ups

25 Lunges

25 Bench Dips

Repeat 4 times

For an added challenge, time yourself and post your results below for a bit of competition!

1 – 2 – 3… GO! You can do it!
