Healthy Recipe of the Week

As a very active individual who some would refer to as an athlete, proper nutrition and recovery are essential, and listening to my body’s needs. I tend to have low blood pressure, however it was very low during my annual physical exam last year. At this time, I started to add an electrolyte supplement to my water bottle during my Peloton Power Zone Rides each week. LMNT has been a game changer this past year!

Try this electrolyte supplement with your morning cup of coffee to fuel your workout and day ahead!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 – 1 stick pack LMNT Chocolate of choice
  • 14 – 16 ounces Coffee

Directions

Start with 1/2 stick (packet) and increase to taste with Chocolate Salt, Chocolate-Caramel, or any of the other Chocolate Medley flavors. Brew your coffee then add 1/2 – 1 stick and milk of choice. Stir and enjoy!
