
Healthy Recipe of the Week
The holiday season often brings sugary, sweet, and not-so-healthy treats. Yoga, meditation, and Pilates expert, Kristin McGee shared a guilt-free dessert in her recent newsletter. I’ve been on a cottage cheese kick lately so I’m giving this recipe a try this weekend!
High Protein Chocolate Molten Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- (1) 5-ounce container OR slightly more than 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- (1) scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- Chocolate Chips (*optional)
Directions
In a small bowl or mug, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Top with a small handful of chocolate chips (if using). You many enjoy your cake warm or place in the refrigerator for a thicker consistency.
