Healthy Recipe of the Week
Are you craving a pick-me up drink that’s not coffee?
Do you need a refreshing elixir on a hot summer afternoon?
Try Peloton instructor, Emma Lovewell‘s Iced Hong Kong Milk Tea. Find this classic drink at any location that sells Asian or bubble tea. Or, make it yourself following the recipe below!
Emma’s recipe uses oat milk instead of traditional Ceylon tea evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. So, it is less sweet with fewer ingredients.
If you prefer to sip this tea at night before bed, brew decaffeinated tea instead.
