A new way to spice up your cauliflower!
Spiced Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin (*may substitute with coriander)
- 1 head Cauliflower (sliced)
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice cauliflower and roast in a 425°F oven for 25 – 30 minutes. Whisk together mayonnaise, smoked paprika, cumin (or coriander). Toss mixture with sliced, roasted cauliflower. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Yields: 4 servings

Super! Curious to hear how you like it!
I tried to roast the cauliflower in my air-fryer and it got little burned… so roasting temperatures and times may vary depending on oven!
