Simple Summer Squash Salad

Ingredients
- 2 small Yellow Summer Squash (thinly sliced)
- 1 small Zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Basil (slices into strips)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ Marcona Almonds (chopped)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine squash, zucchini, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt. Toss ingredients together. Allow 20 minutes to 1 hour to marinate, as time permits. *May serve immediately after tossing ingredients instead. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve.
