Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Do you have a sweet tooth?
A healthy, green treat to satisfy your next craving!
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach or Kale
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- ½ cup Mint Leaves
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Blend milk, leafy greens, vanilla extract, raw honey, mint leaves, and banana in a high powered blender, such as a Magic Bullet or Nutri-Bullet. Fold in dark chocolate chips. Scoop into a bowl and freeze for approximately 2 to 4 hours. Enjoy!
