Drink lemon water warm or cold, receive the benefits either way!
For the past year, I sip warm lemon water every morning (whether it is 4AM, 6AM, or 8AM) and I have witnessed smart changes in my body, inside and out: improved digestion, decreased bloat, increased immunity, and less acne, to name of few!
(And, yes, you can still enjoy your cup of coffee afterwards!)
If lemon water does not agree with your taste buds, add a drop of honey.
