Who says that a holiday pudding treat needs to be rich in chocolate and high in calories? Here is a healthy variety to traditional pudding – and it tastes great!
- 1 pitted Avocado
- 1 pealed Banana
- Approximately 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoons or 1 scoop Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Green Superfood or Spirulina
- *Optional: 1 – 2 drops liquid Stevia for added sweetness
Remove skin and pit from avocado, slice, and insert into blender
Remove peal from banana, slice, and insert into blender
Measure approximately 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and pour into blender (for thicker consistency, add less milk; for thinner consistency, add more milk)
Measure 1 to 2 tablespoons or 1 scoop of chocolate hemp protein powder and add to mixture inside blender
Measure 1 tablespoon of green superfood or spirulina and add to mixture inside of blender.
Optional add of liquid Stevia (for additional sweetness)
Place lid on blender and turn-on blender to specific gauge for desired pudding consistency (mix at faster speed for longer time period for thicker pudding; mix at slower speed for shorter time period for thinner pudding consistency)
Add a handful of sliced almonds or cashew or walnut pieces for crunch and additional protein!
