I just stumbled across this recipe for a protein smoothie, which will make a perfect treat for this time of the year!
You may begin serving it at your Halloween party next week – perhaps, at the end toss in some grapes to simulate slimy eyeballs… And, you can continue serving it throughout November (minus the “eyeballs” of course)!
PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup Pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked)
1/2 Frozen Banana
3/4 cup Almond Milk
1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
pinch of Ground Ginger
Let’s all mix up this smoothie after our workouts this weekend, and share our thoughts! Enjoy!

Just tried it – excellent! I only had chocolate protein powder at the time, and it still tasted great! And, I even added spinach.. yup, spinach! You can’t even taste it!
