MASHUP (noun) (MASH-up)

A mixture or fusion of different elements (eg. songs, media). 🎼

HUMONGOUS (adjective) (hue-MUNG-us)

Extremely large; huge. 😃

TROLL (noun) (TROHL)

A person who posts deliberately offensive or provocative online content. 👹🧌

FOMO (noun) (FOH-moh)

“Fear Of Missing Out”; anxiety that something exciting is happening elsewhere. 😱😩

On the flip side, to reduce anxiety, we can reference the term, JOMO or “Joy Of Missing Out”. ☺️😀

TREPIDATION (noun) (trep-ih-DAY-shun)

A feeling of fear or anxiety about something that may happen. 😰😟

PLACID (adjective) (PLAS-id)

Calm, peaceful, and untroubled. 😌

SUBPRIME (adjective) (SUB-prime)

Referring to a high-risk loan or interest rate. 💵🏦

  1. humongous – I had an argument with a young lady at work for using this word because it didn’t exist until the following year. I growled at her when it was added & the both of us were laughing!
