Time to Unplug


How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

When I begin to feel irritated, cranky, and overall mental fatigue I know it is time to unplug,

Most effective way to unplug is adding movement. A brisk walk in nature, fun Peloton ride, yoga flow, mobility exercises, and meditation, to name a few!
