Paleo Mulberry Granola
A Healthy Granola Mix to Pack Up for Your Next Hiking Adventure!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Walnuts
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ cup Water
- 4 Dates (remove pits)
- 5 Dried Apricots (chopped)
- ½ cup Dried Mulberries
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Soak walnuts and sea salt in a bowl overnight. Rinse walnuts, discarding soaking water. Place dates and water in a food processor and pulse until a smooth paste forms. Add walnuts, apricots, mulberries, and cinnamon. Pulse until coarse, resembling granola. Spread mixture over 2 (two) backing sheets. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 – 1 ½ hours, or until crispy. Pack up and enjoy your healthy treat on the trail!
