Kale Almond Pesto
Whole Body 30-friendly Condiment for Your Memorial Day BBQ

Ingredients
- 1 bunch (6 ounces) Kale (steamed to bright green)
- 1/3 cup Almonds (toasted)
- 3 cloves Garlic (roasted)
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Place kale in food processor and pulse until chopped. Pulse in almonds and garlic. Pulse in sea salt, lemon juice, oil, and red pepper flakes. Continue pulsing until pesto reaches desired consistency. Serve over sesame crackers or grilled Portobello mushrooms.
