Goodbye to Summer… Hello to Fall… and, Fierce Fall Challenge!

   8 weeks  –  1 fitness challenge each week

Challenge will posted each Wednesday and videos must be submitted no later than 11:59PM the same day.

*Videos may be submitted via the post’s comment section or email to robin.crunch@gmail.com. 

  • Complete each challenge 
  • Post or email a short video performing each exercise, and 
  • Complete all 8 challenges, and win a prize!

  • 8 repetitions, 4 each side
  • 8 second hold
