Harmful Effects of Prolonged Sitting

As we begin a new work week, sitting at a desk in front of computer all day…

Think about the health costs prolonged sitting  can have on our bodies, and stand up and move!

For instance,

Walk to your co-worker’s desk instead of sending email,

Print documents to a device across the room,

Sit on a stability ball instead of regular chair,

to name a few!

  1. I’ve been surfing online more than 2 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.

made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever
