Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Christmas Fudge
- 3 cups Dark Chocolate Chips (at least 70% cacao)
- 1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Powder (*optional: for a special aromatic flavor)
In a medium pot, melt the chocolate chips and coconut milk together over very low heat. Stir in vanilla powder (optional). Transfer mixture to a parchment paper lined 8 x 8 baking dish. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until firm.
