Are you preparing to make a healthy behavior change within the next month?

  • We will clarify your realistic goals and expectations, affirm your beliefs about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, discuss which healthy behaviors are important to you and why, respect your busy schedule, preferences, and health concerns, apply  your past successful experiences with behavior change, and develop a social support network to help you establish a consistent healthy lifestyle.
