Self-Love Action

When something goes well this week, I will take a moment to let that register or share the win with a roommate, my journal, a coworker, friend, or family member. This action will help me remember that on a regular basis, life really does go my way.

Celebrating the small wins each day is a way to celebrate yourself.

What small action will you do to celebrate being you?

Self-Love Action

When other people offer words of praise or criticism about me this week, I will run these opinions through my own filter and see what, if any, part of them resonates with me on a deeper level.

Other people’s opinions of you do not have to influence your opinion of yourself.

Be your own person. Celebrate your authenticity and what makes you, you.
