Ted Talk Tuesday

When was the last time you failed?

How did you feel?

What steps did you take to move forward?

What did you learn?

Co-founder of the movement Fuckup Nights and Executive Director for the Failure Institute, Leticia Gasca developed the first think tank in the world dedicated to studying business failure and the reasons behind it.

In Gasca’s TED Talk, Don’t Fail Fast – Fail Mindfully, she asks business owners to share their failures and affirms the idea of replacing “failing fast” with a new mantra: fail mindfully. She encourages business owners to relish the valuable opportunity for growth rather than feeling shameful or humiliated.
