Kale Creamsicle

A Summer Citrus Smoothie to Meet Your Protein Needs!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kale (chopped)
  • 1 Whole Orange (peeled and chopped)
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 scoop Organic Egg White Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

Combine kale, orange, and water in a high-powdered blender. Puree on a high speed. Blend in egg white protein powder followed by ice cubes. Serve in colorful, summer-like glass!
