According to recent statistics, of the 45% of Americans who create New Year’s resolutions, only 8% succeed in reaching their goals. Do not fall within this 8%:  Commit – Attain – Succeed.

Example:  “I want to lose weight.”

Specify how many pounds to lose: I will lose 10 pounds of body fat.

Measure your progress by checking your body composition every 2 weeks. 

Achieved by safely and effectively losing 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Realistically, I will not lose 10 pounds of body fat in only one week.

In 8 weeks, I will lose 10 pounds of body fat.

Embrace change, welcome the new you

Stop negative thoughts and behaviors, replace with joy and positivity.

Persevere, never give up, and succeed.

2016 will be a good year. Make it your year!
